Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings stated below:

Organizer: Europe Collectors Festival, responsible for organizing and managing the event.

Event: Any collectors’ convention, card show, or related gathering organized by Europe Collectors Festival.

Venue: The physical location where the event takes place.

Agreement: The agreement between Europe Collectors Festival and the customer regarding the purchase of tickets or vendor tables.

Ticket: The admission pass to the event.

Vendor Table: A table or booth purchased or rented by an exhibitor for the purpose of selling or displaying products during the event.

2. Applicability

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, bookings, and agreements related to events organized by Europe Collectors Festival.
2.2 By purchasing a ticket or booking a vendor table, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Any deviation from these terms is only valid if agreed upon in writing by the Organizer.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All ticket prices include VAT. Vendor table prices are listed excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
3.3 Payments must be made through the designated payment methods.

4. Tickets

4.1 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
4.2 Lost, damaged, or copied tickets may be refused at entry without compensation.
4.3 Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit without written permission from the Organizer.

5. Vendor Tables

5.1 Vendor table bookings are final and non-refundable.
5.2 Tables may only be transferred or resold to another vendor after approval by the Organizer.
5.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any vendor or product, including but not limited to direct competitors or businesses deemed unsuitable for the event.
5.4 Any breach of these rules may result in exclusion from the event without refund.

6. Cancellations and Changes

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, or location of the event, or to cancel the event entirely if necessary.
6.2 In case of cancellation, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative solution, but is not obliged to refund tickets or vendor fees unless explicitly stated.

7. Liability

7.1 The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal or commercial property during the event.
7.2 Participation and attendance are entirely at the visitor’s or vendor’s own risk.
7.3 In case of theft or other incidents, a police report will always be filed.

8. Intellectual Property and Product Rules

8.1 The sale or display of counterfeit, fake, or illegally reproduced products is strictly prohibited.
8.2 Fan-made art or inspired products (“fanart”) may only be displayed or sold with prior approval from the Organizer.
8.3 Vendors are fully responsible for ensuring that all products, branding, and promotional materials comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
8.4 Any violation may result in immediate removal from the event and possible legal action.

9. Conduct at the Event

9.1 All attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and venue management.
9.2 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate event rules or behave inappropriately, without refund.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 The Organizer shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or safety concerns).

11. Final Provisions

11.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
11.2 The laws of the Netherlands apply to all agreements and disputes related to Europe Collectors Festival.
